Exhibitor thank you letters to sponsors and buyers are due to the Extension Office by Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Please submit them in an addressed and stamped envelope. If you are hand-delivering your thank you letters please submit pictures of your delivery with the buyer. Pictures of thank you notes laying on a table will not be accepted this year. It is very important that you thank sponsors as well as buyers. Your check will not be sent to you until your thank you letters have been submitted through the Rockingham County Extension Office. If you need the name or address of your buyer, please reach out to the Extension Office.
