
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
​4-H members must enroll as a 4-H Member by January 3, 2025 via 4-H Online 2.0.
FFA members must have an agriculture class scheduled for the 2024-2025 school year by January 1, 2025.
YQCA Trainings
In order to be eligible to show and sell at the 2025 Rockingham County 4-H/FFA Livestock Show and Sale, all first year 4-H and FFA Youth attend a Youth for the Quality Care of Animals .YQCA is a quality assurance training for youth raising and producing production livestock for consumers.This training will also give youth the chance to learn and demonstrate additional showing, exhibition and livestock production skills.

Record Books
All Exhibitors who tagged in an Market Steer, Dairy Steer, Goat, Lamb, or Hog must complete a Record book.

Agricultural Experience Tracker (AET) Record Book (FFA Only)
Experienced Senior
​For use by youth 14-19 years old as of September 30th of the current year AND 3 years or more in an
Animal Science project.
Experienced Junior
For use by youth 9-13 years old as of September 30th of the current year AND 3 years or more in an
Animal Science project.
Novice
​For use by youth in their first or second year of participation in an Animal Science project.
AET - FFA Members Only
FFA members can turn in their AET books. If you need help contact your Ag Teacher.
